Melody Chisanga

Biography

Melody Chisanga is a dedicated development practitioner and youth advocate, serving as the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Thrive Aid, a youth-focused nonprofit organization committed to empowering young people through education, entrepreneurship, mentorship, and mental health support. With extensive experience in youth development, community engagement, and advocacy, she has led initiatives promoting adolescent wellbeing, life skills development, mental health awareness, and social inclusion. Her work places particular emphasis on supporting underserved populations, including street-connected children. Through Thrive Aid, Melody has helped reach over 8,000 young people across Zambia. She holds a Master of Arts in Development Studies and a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics with Education.
